Terms & Conditions

Effective June 2026 · Content Cookie

Welcome to Content Cookie. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website contentcookie.io and the LinkedIn ghostwriting, content strategy, and demand-generation services provided by Content Cookie ("we," "us," "our"). By using our website, submitting an inquiry, booking a call, or engaging our services, you ("you," "the client") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Section 01

Definitions

  • "Services" means the LinkedIn ghostwriting, content strategy, profile work, demand-generation content systems, and related deliverables we provide.
  • "Deliverables" means the written content, calendars, strategies, and other materials we produce for you under an engagement.
  • "Engagement" means a paid agreement between you and Content Cookie, set out in a proposal, order form, statement of work, or invoice.
  • "Website" means contentcookie.io and any subdomains.
Section 02

Our services

Content Cookie provides done-for-you LinkedIn content systems built around your go-to-market motion — including content strategy, ghostwriting, content calendars, and reporting. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline of any Engagement are defined in your individual proposal or statement of work. Nothing on this Website constitutes a binding offer; an Engagement begins only when both parties confirm scope and the first invoice is paid.

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes (such as a fixed number of leads, impressions, or revenue). Results depend on factors outside our control, including your market, your participation, and the LinkedIn platform itself.

Section 03

Engagement and client participation

Our content process is collaborative. To deliver effectively, we require:

  • Timely participation in content interviews, reviews, and approvals (typically under 30 minutes per week).
  • Accurate information about your business, ICP, positioning, and goals.
  • Reasonable, timely responses to drafts and approval requests.

Delays in client participation or approvals may affect delivery timelines. We are not responsible for missed publishing schedules caused by late client input.

Section 04

Fees and payment

Fees for each Engagement are set out in your proposal or invoice and are billed in advance on a recurring (typically monthly) basis unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Invoices are issued at the start of each billing cycle and are due on receipt unless a different due date is stated.
  • Payments are processed through our authorized payment providers (which may include card processors and bank-transfer platforms).
  • All fees are stated in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified.
  • We reserve the right to pause or suspend Services on accounts with overdue balances after reasonable notice.
  • You are responsible for any taxes, bank fees, or currency-conversion charges applicable to your payment.

Recurring engagements continue until cancelled in accordance with Section 05.

Section 05

Cancellation and refund policy

This section explains how cancellations work and our refund policy. Please read it carefully, as it forms part of your agreement with us. It is also published separately as our Refund Policy.

Cancellation — 30 days' written notice required

  • To cancel a recurring engagement, you must provide written notice to hassan@contentcookie.io at least thirty (30) days before your next billing date.
  • If you cancel with less than 30 days' notice, you remain responsible for the next billing cycle's invoice in full, and that invoice will be due and payable regardless of whether any work is requested, performed, or delivered during that period. This covers the resources, scheduling, and capacity we reserve for your account in advance.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the final paid billing cycle. You retain the deliverables produced and paid for through that period.

Refunds — all fees are non-refundable

  • We do not offer refunds. All fees paid to Content Cookie are final and non-refundable, in whole or in part, under any circumstances.
  • This applies to monthly fees, setup or onboarding fees, one-time fees, and any prepaid amounts, and it applies whether or not work has begun, is in progress, or has been completed in a given billing cycle.
  • Our Services consist of custom strategy and content produced specifically for you, together with capacity reserved for your account. Because this work and capacity cannot be recovered or resold, fees are non-refundable once an invoice is paid.
  • By paying an invoice, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

Resolving billing concerns

If you ever have a question or concern about a charge, please contact us first at hassan@contentcookie.io and we will work with you in good faith to resolve it directly and promptly. Initiating a payment dispute or chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of Services while the matter is reviewed.

Section 06

Intellectual property and ownership of deliverables

Upon full payment for the applicable Engagement, ownership of the final Deliverables produced for you transfers to you, and you are free to publish and use them as your own.

  • Until payment is received in full, all Deliverables remain the property of Content Cookie.
  • We retain ownership of our underlying methods, frameworks, templates, processes, and any pre-existing materials we use to create your Deliverables.
  • We may reference the general nature of our work (for example, "we ghostwrite LinkedIn content for B2B founders") in our marketing, but we will not attribute specific ghostwritten work to you publicly without your consent, in line with our Privacy Policy.
Section 07

Confidentiality

We treat all client-submitted materials — including business insights, strategies, personal stories, and brand information — as strictly confidential, as described in our Privacy Policy. Likewise, our proposals, pricing, processes, and internal materials are confidential and may not be shared with third parties without our consent.

Section 08

Revisions and approvals

Each Engagement includes a defined revision and approval process. Unless otherwise stated in your proposal, content goes through one round of review and approval before publishing. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional fees. Content approved by you and published is considered accepted.

Section 09

Acceptable use

You agree not to use our Services or Website to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, including LinkedIn's terms of service.
  • Request content that is false, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or harmful.
  • Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to our Website or systems.

We reserve the right to decline or discontinue work that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or any platform's policies.

Section 10

Third-party platforms and tools

Our Services rely on third-party platforms (including LinkedIn) and tools (such as scheduling, communication, and analytics providers). We are not responsible for the availability, policies, algorithm changes, or actions of these third parties, including any change in reach, visibility, or account status on LinkedIn or other platforms.

Section 11

Warranties and disclaimers

Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we perform our work professionally and in good faith, we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding specific results, performance metrics, or business outcomes. You are responsible for the final decision to publish any content.

Section 12

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Content Cookie's total liability arising out of or related to an Engagement will not exceed the total fees paid by you to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or reputational harm.

Section 13

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Content Cookie and its team from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from (a) information or materials you provide to us, (b) your use or publication of Deliverables, or (c) your breach of these Terms or any applicable law or platform policy.

Section 14

Term and termination

These Terms apply for as long as you use our Website or Services. Either party may terminate an Engagement in accordance with the cancellation terms in Section 05. We may suspend or terminate Services immediately for non-payment, breach of these Terms, or conduct that exposes us to legal or reputational risk. Sections relating to intellectual property, confidentiality, limitation of liability, and indemnification survive termination.

Section 15

Governing law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Before pursuing any formal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through direct communication. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Arizona, USA.

Section 16

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, legal requirements, or business practices. The most current version will always be available on this page with the updated "Effective Date." Continued use of our Website or Services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Section 17
